2.3 Spanish-Speaking L1 Support

First-level support delivered in Spanish to help end users of the client's software understand, activate, and continue using the product. This service line may include Spanish first response, basic technical support, customer onboarding, issue triage, product guidance, and structured escalation to the client's technical team. L1 support is advisory and facilitative in nature and does not include engineering, bug-fixing, or maintenance of the client's software.
